What is Form?
- The visible shape or configuration of something
- An objects geometrical dimensions, color, density, weight, and other visual characteristic
- A three dimensional object, such as a cone, cube or sphere.
- In photography, we produce 2D artwork nut use tone and perspective to create form.
- To create a form we need a direct light source.
This is an example of form photography, you can clearly see the shape and density of the object being photographed. It also seems that the light in which this was taken was directly on the object, this makes it appear as a form.
