TONE STRAIGHT IMAGES
I really like how this image turned out, I was lucky to capture this of the rainbow directly behind some buildings. I wanted to make all of my images black and white because it really makes the tone stand out more. However, I still wanted to capture the muted colours of the rainbow because it makes the image original and more pleasing to the eye.
I really like this photo because of the lighting that is on Ellie. I think her dark clothes, the dark background and the hard lighting make her look very striking and a little bit mysterious. This kind of lighting adds a very serious feel to the image which I think works very well.
This image is of my little sister, Rebecca. I love how this image turned out because of the different tones that show up on the camera. Her hair is naturally light blonde however the lack of lighting on her makes her hair appear very dark. I like this effect because its usually used on masculine images which make them appear strong however this hasn't happened here, instead she looks well captured and still feminine.
This image looks very unrealistic which is what I liked about it. I really like the way its been edited to appear very detailed which is not how we usually view clouds, instead they usually lack detail. The original image didn't show the darker sections of them as it was a bright, sunny day however the way its been edited makes it looks dull and stormy.
This last image is my puppy, Cody. I like this image and thought that it made a good representation of tone because of the contrast between the black and white fur. This worked well and is a very striking image. I also really like how my dogs head is leaning forward towards the camera because it really accentuates the detail on his ear and nose.

Really good cloud scape
