TONE IMAGE BANK
I really enjoy this image because of the sinister feel of it and the mystery within it. It has a very creepy and slightly dangerous feel to it, this is mainly down to the way its black and white. I think the fog in the image really adds to the whole feel of it and adds a very confusing, lighter tone to the photo.
This image has a completely different feel to the last despite it also being black and white. I think the effect on this image makes it have a very classy, vintage look. It looks very inviting and almost unreal, like a film set where everything has been set up perfectly. The bright lights you can see in the background give me the idea that its been taken at night, therefore might be the calm before the hustle and bustle of the city.
The tone effect on this image doesn't include a very big range, instead to me it looks mostly middle grays. This gives the photograph a sad and almost abandonment feel to the image. To add to this the look on the fox's face looks upset and like it needs help or is lost. This could really touch some people so all in all I think this is and interesting, effective image.
Out of all the pictures I have looked at with tone, this is the only one that has appealed to me in colour. I love the difference between the yellow and the blue which are complimentary colours. The clouds appear to be a darker shade of the colour they are in front of which really adds texture and an in depth view of tone.
This is my favorite image out of all the photos in my image bank. Not only do I love the subject of the photo but it really has meaning behind it especially with the black and white effect. To me it signifies the closeness of nature and the loving nurture that animals give us. The black and white really adds to the natural feel, it makes the photo so much more simple and really makes you concentrate on the subject.

Good analysis here well done.
